On-Going One Day Retreats
$45 for the day, including lunch. We offer day-long retreats for people to take time for themselves and their grief process. They are designed for people whose loss was at least three months prior, and feature healing rituals, videos, and small-group activities. Compared to a grief support group, there is more opportunity to spend quiet time in reflection of one's own grief journey, while still meeting with others who are grieving.

Weekly 6-Week Grief Groups
$120 fee for non-hospice (Porter Hospice, St. Anthony Hospice) families. These groups are designed to help grieving people do more intensive grief work within a supportive setting. Attendees have had a death loss at least three months' prior to the start of the group to ensure that group members are in an emotional space to both be able to talk about their loss and to hear about others in their loss experiences. The group meets weekly over a six-week period. Each session includes suggested exercises that help people memorialize the deceased while learning how to move forward in helpful, honoring ways. Group members complete the six weeks together, and ongoing supportive relationships are often formed.
