Ronnie Faye Monroe, 73, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, passed away peacefully with family at his side on October 24, 2017.
Survived by his three daughters, Heather Maxwell of Castle Rock, Colorado, Tiffany (John) Swanson of Littleton, Colorado and Kimberly (James) Santaniello also of Littleton, Colorado, 5 grandchildren: Jackson Santaniello, Emerson Santaniello, both of Littleton, Colorado, Mitchell Maxwell of Castle Rock, Colorado, Makenna Swanson, and John Blake Swanson both of Littleton, Colorado. He is also survived by his sisters Bonnie Morgan of Eads, Colorado, Helen Mize of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Jean Schritter of Yuma, Arizona, Fran Gonsalves of Palm Springs, California and Doris Inman of Thousand Oaks, California. Ronnie was preceded in death by his loving wife Rae Lyn, parents, brothers Vaughn and Chester as well as many other special siblings.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Littleton Church of Christ, 6495 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO 80121. Final Resting Place will be at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery, Centennial. Military Honors will be provided at the Cemetery by the United States Army. A Reception at the Church will follow the graveside service.
Ron F. Monroe was born on July 21, 1944 in Burlington, Colorado to Chester and Cleo Roxie Monroe. He married Rae Lyn Tittle on January 1, 1969 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Ron was a social sciences and special needs teacher. He enjoyed being active in his church, spending time with his family, friends, and being a grandfather to 5 grandchildren.
